Sign-Up is now open for the 12-hour black Friday endurance race!

This Black Friday we’re traveling to Spa Francochamps for a Multi-class Endurance race that will last 12 continuous hours. Teams will consist of four drivers with a choice between the Ligier JS P217 or the Oreca 07, which are both LMP2 race cars, to drive for the duration of the race. The track will be populated with AI in 4 LMP1s and 12 GTE cars racing in their own classes. Each driver will drive for 3.5 hours max, so teams will need to manage their time and strategy. This race will require skill, dedication, patience, and teamwork from every member of your team.  

The cost to enter is $150 per driver, and the prize to the winning team is $1000 if four teams race. The prize increases to $1500 if eight teams race!  

You’ll need a total of four drivers on your team to participate in the longest racing event of the year here at Gläs Häus. This is a 12-hour race so be sure to bring some beer and lawn chairs to cheer on your team!

Rules of Participation

Tournament Criteria

• This is a 12-hour endurance race
• The minimum number of teams needed to hold the race is 4
• The maximum number of teams allowed is 8

• Each team must have 4 drivers

Cost to participate

• Participant fee is $150 per driver
• A deposit of $50 per racer is required 1 day prior to day of race
• The winning team is awarded $1000 if 4 teams participate, and $1500 if 8 teams participate

Rules for the Race

• Each driver must drive two stints, no driver may drive more than 3.5 hours total
• Driver's shoulder responsibility to track time and check-in between stints
• Driver substitutions allowed up to and including the day of the race
• No substitutions allowed once the race has begun

• All track limits will be enforced
• Race directors retain authority to issue and reevaluate any and all penalties

Race Details

• Only qualified laps will be counted
• Race environmental conditions will mimic local (Wichita) time and weather

• Participating teams will choose between the Ligier JS P217 or the Oreca 07 (LMP2’S)
• Track will be populated by 4 LMP1 and 12 GTE class cars
• The race will begin at 11am on Nov 24^th and end at 11pm
• First stint driver check-in is at 10:30am

Refund Policy

• After 3 hours of racing, no refund will be issued due to technical difficulties
• Driver deposit is non-refundable 1 day prior to start of race
• Remaining race time will continue once technical issues are resolved
• Singular technical issues will not affect other teams
